Migrate contracts to Solidity 0.7 (#2319)

* Update contract pragmas to solidity 0.7

* Remove internal declaration on constructors

* Reference SafeMath explicitely

* Remove public constructor declaration from abstract contracts

* Remove public constructor declaration from non-abstract contracts
