Update endeavours (more info within)

- removed libp2p infrastructure/distributions, that's no thing of its own
- split distributions off from infrastructure, and rename it to CI/CD
- removed Kubuxu from go-ipfs and gx captainship, there can only be one DRI
- updated a few stale endeavours
